1. Does OpenAI train its models on my business data?

No. The information that users enter into system is stored in company's environment (on-premise or cloud). OpenAI's data usage policy also states that they do not train on your business data (data from ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, or API Platform).

2. What file formats are supported for data integration?

Referable data formats include PDF, CSV, DOC, etc. Data integration methods include API integration, site map reference, voice data input (speech-to-text function currently under development),chatbot and web interface output formats are also supported for generated data.

3. How long does it take to integrate ChatGPT to my application?

The timeline is depending on the provide, the scope of the project, the availability of development resources and the complexity of your existing application. Simple integrations may take a few days or weeks, while more complex integrations may take several months. If you request a new GPT system, it may take 1-3 months.

4. Do you support GPT-4 or the latest version of the AI model?

Yes, you can choose GPT-4 or GPT-3.5, but the cost will vary based on the AI model. We also support new versions as needed. Please contact us for details.

5. What kind of support can I expect post-integration?

We provide support and maintenance for your ChatGPT integration / development through Mail, Skype, Slack and Chatwork. Except for urgent cases, we generally respond during business hours from 08:30 to 17:30 (UTC +7) on weekday.
